Internship Opportunities
As an ever-growing organization in quality assurance of online health information, HON is committed to developing future leaders in related fields.
It is also an opportunity to gain insight into the work at HON and the importance of what the HONcode stands for.
The minimum eligibility criteria are:
- Applicants must be enrolled in a study program during the internship, which will eventually result in a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Applicants must be 20years or older.
- Applicants must at be well conversant in either English or French and preferably have basic knowledge of the other. Knowledge of any other languages will also be taken into consideration.

- Intern Web Programming
- Intern Information Technology
- Intern Medical Linguistics
- Intern Research Assistant of online health information
Conditions of HON internships:
- The minimum duration of an internship is 6 months.
- A minimum allowance will be provided which will be sufficient for the intern’s basic requirements (living accommodations, food etc).
