Both moderators hold medical qualifications - the 'KNEEguru' is a site owner and holds an MBBCh degree (medical degree) and 'ACIMod' is a qualified physiotherapist and a volunteer moderator. At least one moderator logs into the bulletin board every day, and flagged posts automatically go to both moderators.
