In the context of these terms and conditions, the following words shall have the following meanings:

The Encephalitis Society in the UK, a registered charity (no: 1087843) in England and Wales,and a company limited by guarantee (company no: 04189027), having its registered office at 32 Castlegate, Malton, YO17 7DT
